The Parabellum Program starts empty. You pick the tools you’ll actually use, set them up your way, and carry the whole thing offline on your phone. No account, no cloud, nothing watching. MARK, the optional AI, logs what you tell it.

Build it once from a menu of trackers — calories and macros, training, habits, sleep, water, weight, spending, whatever you run your day on. Each tool gets its own colour and its own screen. Everything saves to the device the moment you type it, and it opens instantly the next time, online or off.

Answer ten honest questions across three movements. MARK reads your answers and grows a tree — a branch for each part of your life, each carrying a resource chosen for you. Update it as you change; it never repeats what you’ve finished.

The questions cover the whole of a life — body, mind, work, relationships, faith, the things you keep putting off. Instead of a score, you get a map: where you stand on each branch, and one concrete next step for each, chosen to fit what you actually said. Come back in a month, answer again, and the tree regrows around who you’ve become.

Each month holds a single theme, and one to five fragments land under it — never a flood. A short note on why the piece is worth your attention, and nothing that stands between you and the work itself. Every fragment opens a thread in the Discord, so the conversation is part of it.
