Get going
in a minute.
Build your app, install it, and run it offline. Here’s the whole flow.
01 · Build it
On the Build page, name your app and pick 3 to 8 tools. Give each a color if you like, decide whether MARK rides along, and you’ll get an installable link.
02 · Install it
Open the app and add it to your home screen — the Share menu in Safari on iPhone, the menu in Chrome on Android. It runs full-screen and offline.
03 · Live the home screen
Home shows today only: your split, calories against goal, water, tasks, goals, and more — each in its own color. Tap any card to jump straight to that tool.
04 · Logging a lift
In Lifts, build your split (add, rename, reorder days) and tap a day to set it as today. Hit Start, name the session, then log every set inline — weight, reps, done. Add notes per exercise.
05 · Sharing a workout
Open any past session and tap Share to generate a clean Instagram-Story graphic — your split, top sets, and PRs, ready to post.
06 · Asking MARK
Tap the MARK button on any screen. Ask anything, or just tell it what you ate — it answers with your context in mind and can log it for you.
